Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever a person visits, registers with, accesses, or uses Uno4D. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using Uno4D, the player accepts this agreement and the policies incorporated into it. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information form part of the wider Uno4D rules.

A player who does not accept these terms must stop using Uno4D. Continued use following a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms from their effective date. Nothing in these terms should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Definitions

The following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register with Uno4D, a player must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and satisfy all applicable location-based restrictions. It is the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful where the player is physically located. Uno4D does not warrant that every service is suitable or lawful in every jurisdiction.

Registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. A player must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, register on behalf of someone else, or create duplicate accounts. Uno4D may request identification, proof of address, proof of payment ownership, source-of-funds information, or other reasonable verification documents.

Each account is personal and must not be sold, transferred, shared, or used for commercial betting activity unless Uno4D has provided prior written approval. Players are responsible for securing their usernames, passwords, devices, and login details. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly.

Deposits, Balances, and MYR Payments

Uno4D may support MYR deposits through selected Malaysian banking and payment channels, which may include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay. Availability, processing time, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and verification requirements may vary by account and payment method.

Players must deposit only with funds they are legally entitled to use. Uno4D may reject, reverse, delay, or investigate transactions that appear duplicated, unauthorised, fraudulent, incorrectly referenced, or connected to a third party. An account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

Uno4D may correct obvious balance errors and recover funds credited by technical, administrative, or payment-processing mistake. A player must not exploit an incorrect balance and must notify support if an unexplained credit appears.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, payment ownership checks, applicable bonus conditions, transaction review, and internal security controls. Uno4D may request additional documents where reasonably required to confirm identity, age, address, payment ownership, or the legitimate source of funds.

Where practical, withdrawals may be returned through the payment method used for depositing. Uno4D may use another approved method when operational, security, or payment-network requirements make this necessary. Stated processing times are estimates rather than guarantees because Malaysian banks, eWallet providers, FPX services, DuitNow systems, and maintenance windows may affect completion.

A player must review payment details before confirming a request. Uno4D is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate details supplied by the player, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Benefits

Uno4D promotions may include welcome bonuses, deposit rewards, cashback, birthday rewards, referrals, free-play value, or loyalty benefits. Every offer is governed by its published eligibility rules, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, valid games, maximum conversion, expiry period, and withdrawal restrictions.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotions are limited to one person, account, household, device, payment method, and shared network. Uno4D may withhold a promotion or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate participation, coordinated play, false registration, prohibited wagering patterns, or deliberate circumvention of offer rules.

Promotional examples expressed in RM or MYR do not guarantee any return. Casino outcomes and sports results remain uncertain. Players should read the relevant conditions before activating a bonus and contact Uno4D support if any requirement is unclear.

Casino Games and Sports Betting

Uno4D may offer slots, live casino tables, lottery-style products, arcade games, live football, and sports markets covering interests such as the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC. Product availability may change because of maintenance, event scheduling, supplier decisions, technical restrictions, or risk-management requirements.

A wager is accepted only when recorded as accepted within the Uno4D system. A displayed selection, bet slip, or pending instruction does not by itself confirm acceptance. Players must check wager details, stake, odds, market, and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled at the player's request.

Uno4D may settle events using recognised official results and applicable market rules. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participants, impossible markets, duplicated events, or technical faults may result in a wager being voided or resettled at the correct terms. Live scores and streams may be delayed and are provided for convenience only.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Players must use Uno4D honestly and only for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Fraud, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or the use of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated wagering, match manipulation, or sharing information intended to create an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, prohibited software, or technical methods that interfere with Uno4D systems.
• Exploiting a game defect, pricing mistake, delayed feed, bonus loophole, or other obvious technical or administrative error.
• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent communication with Uno4D staff or other players.
• Attempting to bypass age checks, identity checks, account restrictions, deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion.

Where Uno4D reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict account access, suspend transactions, request evidence, void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained benefits, or close the account after an appropriate review.

Responsible Gambling and Account Controls

Uno4D services are intended as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling carries the risk of losing money, and no strategy, promotion, loyalty tier, or previous outcome can guarantee a future win. Players should use disposable income only and must never borrow money or use funds required for rent, food, education, medical care, transport, or family commitments.

Uno4D encourages players to establish deposit, spending, and time limits before playing. Cooling-off and self-exclusion options should be used whenever gambling stops feeling controlled or enjoyable. Attempts to avoid an active restriction by opening another Uno4D account are prohibited.

Intellectual Property and Website Use

The Uno4D name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software elements, databases, and original promotional materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to Uno4D grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the services for lawful personal entertainment.

Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, frame, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Uno4D materials without prior written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to a player.

Service Availability and Liability

Uno4D seeks to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be suspended for maintenance, security work, supplier updates, payment interruptions, network failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Players should not assume that an unconfirmed transaction or wager has been completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uno4D is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service interruption, device failure, internet disruption, delayed live data, or a player's failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, Closure, and Changes

A player may request account closure through Uno4D support, subject to identity verification and settlement of legitimate outstanding matters. Uno4D may suspend, restrict, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, payment review, breach investigation, or protection of the platform.

Uno4D may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, security, product, payment, or regulatory developments. Material changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated version. Players should review this page periodically and stop using Uno4D if they do not accept a revision.

Complaints and Contact

Questions or complaints should be submitted to Uno4D customer support with the relevant username, transaction reference, wager details, dates, and a clear description of the issue. Players should avoid sending passwords or unnecessary financial information.
